Innovative climate control with Mymesh

Climate control technology in traditional ceilings still leave much to be desired. Innovative solutions can bring major benefits to building managers and users. The Mymesh control system can deliver wireless and automatic control of climate installations for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). And it is all integrated with the wireless lighting control system.

How does it work?

Innovative measurement technology, such as the Mymesh TriSensor, detects the number of people and measures the room temperature. A consequence of a higher occupancy may be that the preset temperature (set point) is exceeded. So cooling of the room is needed!


The Mymesh actuator module receives a signal from the TriSensor and controls the HVAC equipment. The variable air volume (VAV) valve controller provides extra air (based on occupancy rate) and an electronic 6-way control valve cools the room.


Mymesh automatically ventilates and cools (or heats) the room until the preset temperature set-point is reached again.

The benefits of an innovative ceiling with Mymesh

The control zones are able to function automatically as a local and stand-alone control system. Each control zone has its own set-point and is able to regulate the temperature independent from any other room or control zone. The set-point is set by the Mymesh Cloud Edge Server or the building management system (BMS).


The wireless Mymesh control system makes the control cabling superfluous and the installation design becomes simpler. Mymesh integrates the ceiling renovation (climate ceiling) with the lighting installation.


Furthermore, an App allows users to change settings, like room temperature and lighting via their smartphone. This eliminates  switches and panels from the building design.
